These generic Dr Pepper sodas pops are NOT the same in any which way, shape, color, or form! Dr Pepper was introduced in the 1880s, 1885 to be exact. Nothing can beat its unique flavor. There are 72 official Dr Pepper Clones (generic Dr Pepper brands) and not even ONE of them taste like the original Dr. Pepper drink. However, I must admit that Dr. Pepper knockoffs have some of the best names:

I had a Dr Pecker when I was on Holiday in NYC last month. It actually tasted a lot like Dr Pepper, much more than the other copycat ones.

I prefer a Mr Pibb soda ( Pibb Xtra ) any day of the year, over a Dr Pepper or any of it's counterparts! lol
