Lets be friends? Not just those times where you swear you will always be at my side... but when the problems are going to be... will you be my friend? When everybody says no, when all is against, when my friendship costs you... will you be my friend? Or will you just be like those people who swear friendship... but, when all odds are against me, they forget what they swore...- Nobody ever wants to hear "you are wrong" concerning any kind of issue. They have their preconceived notions, and they do not want to have to change their position when they discover the truth, so they deny things for as long as they can, and they keep on doing it because of the emotional attachment they have to the position. Then it gets personal and if a person they dislike takes the other side, there isn't any way they will change sides when they know they are wrong. Stubbornness, closed minds, and closed hearts are absolutely meaningless!
- Ever since I began working out and lifting, I keep waiting for the day that I look in the mirror or take a photo and go holy crap look at my biceps! But i'm still waiting! I know that if I stay the course eventually the transformation that I want to see will come. Two things come to mind, be patient and persevere. In the meantime I know I need to look at what I'm doing to see if I can make adjustments. Am I eating right? Am I eating enough? Am I pushing hard enough? Lifting heavy enough? There's no quick fix for health and fitness. If I want change I need to be responsible for myself every step of the way. My next online challenge starts 9/12 and I'm not here to convince you it's exactly what you need or to force you to go after your goals, but if you WANT TO make positive changes, then I WANT TO help you do so.
